Accunia Alpha Credit Fund non-UCITS is a Finnish special common fund that primarily invests in asset-backed securities, the performance of which is linked to the credit development of diversified corporate loan portfolios (CLOs). GRIT acts as the Alternative Investment Fund Manager (AIFM). From 1 March 2026, the portfolio management of the fund has been delegated to ACM Forvaltning A/S.

ACM Forvaltning belongs to the same corporate group as the fund's former portfolio manager, Accunia Fondsmæglerselskab A/S. ACM Forvaltning is a company supervised by the Danish supervisory authority (Finanstilsynet), specializing in credit markets.
