GRIT acts as the Alternative Investment Fund Manager (AIFM) for CapMan Wealth Gaia AIF and CapMan Wealth Global Private Credit AIF. The portfolio management of the funds has been delegated to CapMan Wealth Oy, who also acts as distributor and handles marketing activities.
The fund is an actively managed special common fund aiming to achieve the highest possible risk-adjusted return over the long term. The fund promotes environmental or social characteristics in accordance with Article 8 of the Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation (SFDR). The fund executes its investments through carefully selected equity funds, index funds, and exchange-traded funds (ETFs) whose underlying target companies promote, through their own products and services, the achievement of sustainable development goals and the transition towards a fossil-free future. The fund is an actively managed special common fund, which operates as a global private credit evergreen fund of funds, investing primarily in carefully selected European-registered funds. The strategy aims to provide investors with a balanced global investment solution to access private credit market opportunities. The fund invests globally in private open-ended and closed-ended credit funds across various market conditions. Specifically, it allocates capital mainly to direct lending funds, which subsequently invest predominantly in senior secured floating-rate credit managed by leading asset managers.
