Notice to unitholders of funds managed by GRIT Fund Management Company Ltd
Amendments to fund rules regarding liquidity management tools
The Board of Directors of GRIT Fund Management Company Ltd has decided on amendments to the fund rules of the funds managed by the company. The amendments are based on changes in the regulatory framework applicable to funds.
The purpose of the amendments is to clarify the tools available to the funds for managing liquidity in exceptional situations. Accordingly, the fund rules describe, in the manner required by regulation, the measures that the fund management company may apply when necessary to safeguard the interests of unitholders. Following the amendments, all funds managed by the company may use at least the following liquidity management tools:
- suspension of subscriptions and redemptions
- redemption gates
- extension of notice period
- redemption fee
The amendments to the fund rules will enter into force on 16 April 2026. In connection with the entry into force, the funds’ prospectuses will also be updated. The updated fund documentation is available from the fund management company, which also provides further information on the amendments.

In addition, certain funds are subject to amendments to the fund rules that are not related to liquidity management tools.
Forea Equity Strategy AIF
The fund rules have been amended to allow investments of up to 10% of the fund’s assets in other permitted investment instruments.
Redeye Nordic Hidden Champions AIF
The fund rules have been amended to allow investments of up to 10% of the fund’s assets in other permitted investment instruments.
Signum Financial Technology & Digital Assets AIF
The fund’s name will be changed. The new name is Signum Digital Assets Strategy AIF. The notice period for subscriptions and redemptions will be shortened from five days to two days. The subscription fee for unit series A will be increased from 0% to 2%. The description of the investment strategy has been adjusted.
Signum Monetary Systems & Inflation Hedge AIF
The fund’s name will be changed. The new name is Signum Monetary Systems Strategy AIF. The notice period for subscriptions and redemptions will be shortened from five days to two days. The subscription fee for unit series A will be increased from 0% to 2%. The description of the investment strategy has been adjusted.
